BSR™ is a global nonprofit organization that works with its network of more than 250 member companies and other partners to build a just and sustainable world.
Like many organizations, BSR was forced to cancel its 2020 live events due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As an NGO advocating sustainable development, this was the perfect opportunity for BSR to kickstart a transition to virtualizing its events and reducing its carbon footprint.
EPEAK Studio teamed up with BSR and Meetgreen, an event planning agency, to coordinate one of BSR’s events over four time zones (Asia, Europe, North America, Australia), successfully managing to handle the onboarding of the event’s busy high-profile speakers.
EPEAK Studio was happy to welcome numerous high-profile guests to this event, including fortune 500 C-Suite speakers and leading journalists from around the world.
Using its flexible and efficient onboarding process, EPEAK Studio prepared BSR’s event and managed to get its busy participants ready within a month’s time.
EPEAK Studio delivered on :
• Onboarding calls for high-profile live keynote speakers, adapting to and working with their schedules across four different time zones.
• Content pre-recording for simulive sessions, with technical assistance from our production technicians.
• Producing a single, seamless, and real-time stream of merged live keynotes and pre-recorded content on the day of the event.
EPEAK Studio also offered a comprehensive speaker data management system, allowing the client and event planners to monitor and review the EPEAK Studio team’s progress during content recording and speaker onboarding.
EPEAK Studio’s extensive technical expertise successfully managed four concurrent and uninterrupted conference tracks (virtual equivalent to four simultaneously held conference rooms) around the clock, mixing live presentations with pre-recorded sessions.
EPEAK Studio successfully produced this four day event, effectively accommodating and coordinating 140 high-profile VIP speakers from four global time zones (Asia, Europe, North America and Australia), managed 80 sessions, and seamlessly coordinated 37 hours of merged live and pre-recorded video content.
