From humble beginnings in video production, we rapidly transformed into a global events agency, focusing on several verticals such as AV & Live Streaming, Event management and Event technology.
Because of our love for technology, our teams are constantly on the look-out for cutting-edge innovations. This allows us to provide our clients with the best solutions, and it all fits together extremely well.
WE LOVE INNOVATIONS
As time passed, our clients started trusting us to optimize their event workflows and implement automated processes. This unlocked unheard-of performance in the event industry, for their benefit – and so was born our Software division.
Going beyond, we are now opening up new possibilities to help drive up workplace efficiency, optimizing processes in all areas, from sales to operational workflows. Just like magic!
Today, EPEAK Studio serves clients with a diversified portfolio of solutions, leveraging technology for content creation, events solutions, process automation & consultancy.
WE LOVE SOLVING PROBLEMS
We like to think that at EPEAK Studio, we are problem solvers before anything else.
With time, some of our brainstorm sessions turned into side projects, and eventually became separate brands, standing tall on their own. To name a few:
- ProjectSheet.io – our in-house event management & production SAAS.
- PolyPlay.io – our interpretation & caption service to make media content and events more accessible to everyone.
- MonaNinja.com – our online cloud solution for the popular Davinci Resolve video editing suite.
Remote first, EPEAK Studio’s global operation allows us to accommodate large scale projects with great flexibility, leveraging our distributed team all across the world : Asia, Oceania, Europe and North America.

A natural fit for us, conveniently located in the Greater Region with 4 European countries close-by.

Down-under, just north of Sydney.
Vast landscapes, beautiful wildlife and breathtaking surf. Australia is just “uh-MAYZ-ing”. While far-away, we chose this place to be our link between East and West for an around the clock operation.
