This also means that data reconciliation can be time-consuming and needs to happen regularly. To improve this, our team analysed data sets to come up with an automated reconciliation process, ensuring minimal duplication and automated data transfers into Connect+.
For IAAPA, Connect+ is the one-stop companion event app, at the centre of the attendee & exhibitor experience during IAAPA Expos.
Our team implemented the automated processes identified in the design phase using industry-leading tools. This includes low-code platforms, modern APIs, and cloud-based infrastructures.
Each automated process is designed to be both time & cost-effective, and include built-in data integrity checks and error logs.
As a result, our client gets a clear and real-time status on various KPIs including data quality and data integration progress. We also provide a dashboard with a list of errors with the appropriate recommended actions.
