After we delivered their 2023 Miami event successfully, OffshoreAlert trusted us once more for their December 2023 London event.
This year, EPEAK Studio managed the entire production, including the relationship with local third-party AV crews and suppliers.
This freed up a considerable amount of time for our client and they benefitted from having a one-stop shop and a single point of contact.
Our video editing team designed and delivered a promotional video to announce OffshoreAlert’s upcoming 2024 Bangkok event.
We also designed and produced a video to showcase the event’s sponsors, and we displayed it on-site and online.
In addition, we designed and organised the delivery of a complete set of prints for the two stages. These prints showcased the event logo and all of the sponsors logos on each side of the main stage.
This also included foam cores for the lectern and a branded wrap for the table on both the main and the secondary stages.
We sourced modern cameras and audio equipment from a local provider, and we managed the entire audio and video production during the show.
Our production system is based on modern equipment supporting cutting edge standards, such as PTZ cameras with NDI and Dante Audio systems.
Thanks to these advantages, we managed the entire production of the show with only 3 people per room.
This includes camera operation, live video production and streaming, and audio management.
The results? Considerable savings for our client thanks to our super efficient production processes.
