Traditionally held at Computex Taipei, the Industry Party’s organizers, technikPR, aimed to expand the event’s reach to SXSW 2024 in Austin. That’s why they entrusted EPEAK Studio with orchestrating a memorable, cost-effective event that would unite industry leaders and festival-goers.
What’s more, we did it all while adhering to a strict budget and devising innovative event financing strategies.
EPEAK Studio managed every detail, from securing sponsors to on-site coordination. This is how we ensured the Industry Party delivered a seamless and unforgettable experience.

EPEAK Studio strategically partnered with Enchanted Tools, who showcased their robots, Miroki and Miroka, as part of an interactive brand activation.
Shotgun, a platform connecting music lovers with events, provided registration support and covered food and drinks. To maximize revenue, EPEAK also offered door ticket sales for public access.
In fact, these innovative event financing strategies were key to delivering a stunning event while staying within budget.
EPEAK promoted the event through social media and SXSW channels, driving significant interest with 6,000+ visits to the booking page. Early Bird tickets sold out within a week, and on-site ticket sales totaled 255, generating additional revenue.
EPEAK selected Anthem, a premier venue on Austin’s vibrant Rainey Street, known for its eclectic atmosphere and prime location. Then, we curated catering and entertainment, managed all logistics and designed the event layout. Finally, we also set up lighting, arranged signage, and ensured a visually appealing space.
As a result, this facilitated seamless interactions between guests and sponsor activations.
With over 500 guests attending, EPEAK’s security and crowd control teams ensured smooth access and an organized flow throughout the evening. Thanks to that, it enabled attendees to focus on networking and enjoying the experience.
