In 2023, the EO organised GLC, a hybrid event for entrepreneurs, in Cape Town, South Africa.
The EO’s network includes members from all around the world. For that reason, the EO designed GLC 2023 as a hybrid event, supported by an online event platform.
This way, members that could not make the trip did not miss out on the content.

We directed a team of external service providers and took charge of the design of GLC’s Studio. In this side room, the EO organised interviews and online-exclusive sessions.
The EO has members all around the world. Because of that, they designed GLC 2023 as a hybrid event supported by an event platform.
We took care of the entire configuration of the event platform. To achieve that, we deployed our powerful process automation services. We also leveraged our in-house team of experts, in close collaboration with the project management team on the event platform’s side.
On-site, we were in charge of the production and streaming of both the main keynote room and the interview studio. As production managers, we directed and worked in close collaboration with on-site filming crews.
In addition, our team also took care of around-the-clock replays for online attendees located all around the world. This includes ultra-quick delivery of session edits, a few hours after filming.
Finally, we provided a dedicated event videographer, to film behind-the-scenes footage. Thanks to that, we created stunning event marketing material for future editions.
Our sister company, PolyPlay.io, provided interpretation services in 5 languages, fully integrated with our production infrastructure.

Our production services are completely integrated with Polyplay’s interpretation services. Because of that, we were able to deliver VOD for replays in all languages very quickly after the event.
