Enchanted Tools is a French startup developing useful humanoïd robots with a touch of magic. After a successful demonstration at CES 2023 in Las Vegas, Enchanted Tools traveled to Tokyo to showcase Mirokai, their first prototype.
In Tokyo, Enchanted tools decided to set up another exclusive private Mirokai demonstration experience.
A local media agency supported the event and set up meetings with local media and investors.
Our mission brief was to organize everything around this prototype demonstration and deliver a VIP experience to the client in Tokyo. We also produced a marketing video from the event, including a variant for social media promotion.
EPEAK Studio provided a white-glove, full-service experience to Enchanted tools and their guests.
We selected and secured a suite in a 5-star hotel in Tokyo, in the world-famous downtown Shibuya area.
We’ve set up the equipment in the suite, and transformed the demo area into an immersive space with sound-sensitive lights, prints and surround sound system.
This created a unique show for every visitor.
When faced with unexpected challenges, you need partners you can count on. This is why we provided support and helped source last-minute replacement parts, to ensure the demonstration could go ahead as planned.
We also took care of all the logistics, including arranging the delivery of the robot prototypes at the hotel, and pickup by courier after the event.
At night, we organized entertainment for Enchanted Tools and their guests, with a selection of award-winning restaurants in Shibuya, and local experiences to take in Japanese culture.
EPEAK Studio is no stranger to the world of interpretation thanks to our sister company, PolyPlay.io.
For this event, we provided an interpreter covering English, French and Japanese.
This allowed smooth communication between Enchanted Tools’ team and local visitors.
We documented the private viewing experience and filmed an interview with Jérôme Monceaux, CEO of Enchanted Tools.
The final edit combines footage from the interview, the demonstrations, and some behind-the-scenes. Two cuts were delivered:
Enchanted Tools was able to offer immersive VIP demonstrations to their guests, supported by an interpreter for easy communication.
Our logistical support made the difference, particularly when faced with unexpected challenges.
Ultimately, this allowed Enchanted Tools to focus on delivering the best demonstration experience to their guests.
The private demonstration was a success, triggering positive media coverage (from CNET and similar media outlets) for the brand and attracting the attention of numerous investors.
