This includes very high-profile presenters, academics and dignitaries.
In 2021, the conference was organized as a hybrid event, featuring 3 on-site studios, with streaming in 5 languages.
For online attendees, the conference also featured 5 parallel virtual roundtables tracks.
Auditoire, the events agency organizing Wise, partnered with EPEAK Studio once more after several successful project collaborations.
Indeed, EPEAK Studio brings streaming and remote speaker management expertise to the table, which is crucial for successful hybrid events.
For this event, we managed remote speaker onboarding, conference streaming and coordination with the local on-site video production team in Qatar. EPEAK Studio also managed remote speakers for hybrid sessions, and provided support for the virtual roundtables tracks.
This allowed for seamless integration of both on-site and remote speakers, culminating in a unified experience for WISE 2021 speakers and viewers.
EPEAK Studio delivered the streams to the event platform, as well as to social media platforms, Youtube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
At the end of each day, EPEAK Studio’s editing team made each session available in VOD in all languages.
WISE 2021 was a success, with a total of over 250 speakers, 80 sessions, 3 days of production. Altogether, this amounts to 130 hours of VOD content in up to 5 different languages.
EPEAK Studio’s reactivity and flexibility were key in the success of this event. In fact, this made it possible to quickly adapt to any changes and overcome any challenges, both on-site and remotely.
