The goal? Real-time, effortless data flow between systems during the event, to ensure every badge gets printed with the most up-to-date information without the need for any manual input.
Our software team developed easy-to-maintain API integrations between BadgeIt!, Certain (the event app), and Sherwin’s internal database.
By basing everything on low-code platforms, we enable easy maintenance, easy upgrades, and an easy handover to any team if necessary.
Each integration is highly customizable, from what it does to how often it runs, in order to keep a balance between operational costs and convenience.
The outstanding automated processes delivered by our software team made a major contribution to the event’s success.
Indeed, this enabled event organisers and on-site customer service staff to focus on what matters most, without getting bogged down by manual information transfer or cross-checks. Thanks to the real-time availability of up-to-date information, Sherwin-Williams attendees got their badge printed right, the first time.
