The Challenge

Discover how EPEAK Studio transformed an existing in-person conference into a successful hybrid event.

In 2020, EPEAK Studio ran its first production for OffshoreAlert – a fully virtual event called vGlobal.

After several successful events together, OffshoreAlert brought in EPEAK Studio once more to help design and manage their 2022 Miami conference.

As a result, EPEAK Studio helped OffshoreAlert convert this live conference into a successful hybrid event.

What we did

Reach a wider audience with live streaming

EPEAK Studio helped OffshoreAlert expand the reach of their 2022 Miami conference by making it accessible to an online audience.

Thanks to our extensive experience in event design, EPEAK Studio came up with a proposition to add a virtual component to the existing conference. As a result, attendees that could not make the trip were still able to view the conference’s content and interact with speakers and other attendees.

Trust expert advice for flawless delivery

EPEAK Studio provided expert advice, allowing OffshoreAlert to select the best-suited hybrid registration system and virtual event platform.

On the AV side, EPEAK Studio supplied and operated modern, high-quality and cost-effective PTZ cameras.

This setup allowed EPEAK Studio to deliver a high-end, all-in-one, integrated AV and streaming service to OffshoreAlert.

Results

OffshoreAlert Miami was a complete success.

Choosing to go the hybrid route opened more doors for OffshoreAlert. Indeed, it allowed them to welcome remote speakers and reach a worldwide audience.

Headquartered in Paris and founded by three childhood friends, Swapcard offers a combination of virtual and hybrid events, event mobile and web app, meeting and matchmaking software and an exhibitor retrieval system. As of late 2019, Swapcard has offices in Dubai and Canada, and was in the process of opening offices in the United States.
