EPEAK Studio managed and produced the 4-day ESCAIDE 2021 symposium. To achieve that, we combined pre-recorded medical conference material, live discussion panels with researchers from all over the world, and live speeches from industry leaders.
To achieve success, EPEAK Studio integrated with the on-site A/V crew. This enabled seamless integration between on-site and remote speakers, while our team produced all video streams remotely.
Once again, EPEAK Studio worked closely with ECDC’s own event planning agency, Teamwork.
With a distributed workforce in the EU and in North America, EPEAK Studio successfully onboarded every speaker and prepped them to be ready on time, while also efficiently coordinating ESCAIDE 2021 during the event.
We managed and produced ESCAIDE 2021 successfully throughout its 4 days. Overall, the event featured 220 speakers spread across 150 sessions, with over 40 hours of video content.
