Following the cancellation of its annual Symposium due to COVID-19, SASB joined forces with EPEAK Studio to deliver a high-quality virtual symposium. The event hosted several VIP speakers such as Brian Moynihan, CEO of Bank of America, and Larry Fink, CEO of Blackrock.
For SASB’s event, EPEAK Studio’s team handled onboardings for the symposium’s speakers, VIPs and their assistants. To achieve that, our team worked flexibly around their busy schedules in order to prepare these participants for the event.
Throughout the whole symposium, EPEAK Studio maintained close contact with the event organizers. Thanks to that, we ensured that information was shared in real-time.
EPEAK Studio’s project management team held weekly meetings with the client. In fact, this was key to answering all questions and validate choices associated with the unique situation brought upon by hosting SASB’s event virtually.

Finally, our expert team of editors made VOD content available quickly at the end of each day, allowing attendees who missed sessions to watch replayed content immediately.
SASB was very satisfied with EPEAK Studio’s event management and production skills and the fast turnaround and availability of the symposium’s VOD content. Overall, EPEAK Studio successfully produced the two day event, hosting totals of 90 speakers and 40 sessions, and creating 16 hours of video content.
