Enchanted Tools decided to present its groundbreaking humanoid robot, Miroki, for the first time in the USA at SXSW 2023. This event draws intense media and investor competition.
To do that, they required a private, controlled, and impressive environment, not a simple booth, to host high-stakes demos for top-tier media and potential clients.
Our challenge was twofold: first, secure an exclusive venue during Austin’s busiest week for this brand activation. Second, completely transform that space into a branded Miroki demo center. Our mission? Manage everything, and allow the client team to remain stress-free and focused on their critical meetings.

Finding a private space on Rainey Street during SXSW is a major challenge. We leveraged our local connections to identify and secure the Anthem restaurant. We managed the entire buyout negotiation and booking process, giving our client a prime, central location.
We turned a functioning restaurant into a bespoke tech demo space. This was not just a redecoration, it was a complete transformation.
A high-tech product requires flawless technical support. We managed the full AV setup, including large screens, microphones, and a PA system for presentations.

Our primary goal was to give the client a stress-free experience. We handled all the details, from initial setup and vendor management to final teardown. Our on-site team managed the run-of-show, allowing the Enchanted Tools team to focus 100% on their guests.
The event was a resounding success. The Enchanted Tools team had a stable, private, and fully-branded home base for the duration of SXSW.
