Enchanted Tools is a robotic startup from France.
They created the Mirokai, a humanoïd robot infused with a touch of magic.

Enchanted Tools designs and manufactures robots designed to interact naturally with humans. For example, they are popular in aged care and medical settings. This year, Enchanted Tools came back to CES 2025 in Las Vegas to showcase their robot’s latest features.
EPEAK Studio has been working with Enchanted Tools since 2023, becoming a key partner to help Enchanted Tools focus on the show rather than logistics.
After a first CES participation outside the show floor in 2023, we took on additional responsibilities and coordinated logistics. Read on to learn how we help your business focus on what really matters, by taking care of the quirks for you.
EPEAK Studio provided a full range of logistical support. This includes event strategy consulting and KPI collection before, during and after the show.
We worked with CES organizers (CTA) on behalf of Enchanted Tools to find the best area for their booth and optimize costs where possible. To simplify the event experience for Enchanted tools, we also handled all paperwork, invoices, and pre-event organization.
Finally, we also worked with CES to arrange the participation of Enchanted Tools at CES Unveiled, the CES’s early media release pre-show.
Showcasing robot prototypes around the US can come with logistical headaches. For example, it includes making sure the robots, tools and spare parts arrive on time and in good condition, every time.
We managed logistics entirely, shipping flight cases located all across the US into Las Vegas. We then arranged pick-up, storage and delivery to Mandala Bay for CES Unveiled. After that, pickup and delivery again to Las Vegas Convention Center for CES 2025, and finally pickup and shipping back at the end of the show.
During the show, EPEAK managed the unpacking and setup of robots and additional equipment for the live demonstration. From storing empty flight cases to managing relations with Freeman, the CES’s official services contractor, our main focus was to provide the most stress-free experience for our client.
Going as far as showcasing opportunities around the show, EPEAK Studio acted as a real support partner for Enchanted Tools. Ultimately, we helped them focus on the show and get the best out of it, without any distractions.
We delivered precise booth foot traffic KPIs including attendance, dwell time and conversion rates using event analytics technology. During trade shows like CES 2025, these KPIs are crucial for our clients, allowing them to make informed decisions for future participations.
EPEAK Studio’s family of services can enhance your event experience. From digital event signs to on-demand badge printing and live remote interpretation, there is a service for every event type.
Finally, thanks to EPEAK Studio’s extensive experience delivering all types of events in countries across the world, we were able to provide expert consulting services, offering guidance and recommendations before, during and after the show.
Ultimately, we do this to enable our clients to make the best of their investment and participation in CES.
Enchanted Tool’s experience at CES 2025 was a major step up compared to 2023, with EPEAK Studio providing a much wider range of logistical support, strategic consulting and collecting crucial KPIs.
For Enchanted Tools, this means being able to focus on the show, knowing that logistics are handled. Additionally, getting access to precious data with EventAnalytics means making informed decisions for future shows.
Overall, EPEAK Studio’s wide range of services and extensive experience throughout the world and the US in particular made a big difference for Enchanted Tools at CES 2025.
