EPEAK Studio designed and delivered a complete new integration with a new third party tool, as well as feature updates to existing integrations.
We designed and implemented a brand new, full-featured integration with an exhibitor booth space allocation tool (Map Your Show).
These automated processes allows exhibitors and event organisers to access it directly from Connect+, in line with IAAPA’s strategy to make Connect+ the focus of their event’s digital experience.
As a continuation of previous updates, we added features to the existing Salesforce and Fonteva integration.
Building on a continuous improvement effort, we deployed a unique identifier system to reconcile exhibitors between 4 systems and data sources. As a result, exhibitor management becomes easier, with far less risk of data duplication, and easier error spotting for event organizers.
Event access control can follow a complex set of rules based on ticket type and other factors. Instead of manually managing access control for paid sessions and extra content, we developed advanced automated features to set it up automatically.
As a result, event organisers save considerable time on manual operations, while attendees enjoy a transparent experience without any access control issues.
