Learn how EPEAK Studio scaled with IAAPA‘s events growth to keep over 1,100 exhibitors and 43K+ event-registrations updated in IAAPA’s Connect+ Event-Platform at IAAPA Expo 2025.

Consolidating automations & Processes

Building on previous updates deployed for IAAPA Expo Asia and Europe’ shows, we further strengthened the integration process and reliability.

The unified data structure implemented in previous shows proved to be read-for-scaling. Additionally, the five third-party integration managed & supervised by EPEAK Studio came with clearer documentation and processes to ensure reliable data reliability.

Need For Speed

IAAPA Expo 2025 is the biggest iteration of the show and “Sets New Benchmark with Record Breaking Attendance and Engagement“.

EPEAK Studio paid special attention to scaling capabilities of each integration to accommodate and maintain near real-time over 43K registrations.

The increase in scale, speed and scope in integration performance ensure the Digital User Experience will follow IAAPA participation, growth and engagement at major Expos.

Third-Party integration process

Iteration on speed and scale are accompanied by security improvements to ensure data reliability and reduce attack surface and data exposure.

Third-party systems integrations have seen additional scrutiny to safeguard event-participants and exhibitors data.

Clear process and expected datapoints helped implement additional third-party integration while maintaining reliability and accountability.

Event Support Services & Digital Concierge

During the event planning phase, EPEAK provided strategic consulting services to support the organisers in making technical decisions.

For event-participants, our team provided in-app support for 3 weeks prior to the event. Finally, during the event, we provided high-quality on-site support services.

Alongside regular on-site support to event-participant, exhibitors and organizer, the EPEAK Studio Team provided concierge level onboarding, training and support for the Digital User Experience to a selected group of event-participants (VIP & Hosted Buyers).

With a near-total adoption of Connect+ digital tools, the event-participants experiencing the VIP treatment maximised their ROI at the show.

Swapcard

Headquartered in Paris and founded by three childhood friends, Swapcard offers a combination of virtual and hybrid events, event mobile and web app, meeting and matchmaking software and an exhibitor retrieval system. As of late 2019, Swapcard has offices in Dubai and Canada, and was in the process of opening offices in the United States.

Orange County Convention Center – Orlando

Located in the heart of Orlando’s tourism district, the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) stands as a premier global destination for events of all sizes. With 7 million square feet of total space, including close to 2.1 million square feet of exhibition space, the venue features two massive buildings (West and North/South) connected by a pedestrian skybridge. The center is renowned for its state-of-the-art facilities, lush tropical atriums, and direct connectivity to thousands of hotel rooms.
