SASB helps businesses around the world identify, manage and report on sustainability metrics mattering most to its investors.
Following the cancellation of its annual Symposium due to COVID-19, SASB joined forces with EPEAK Studio to deliver a high-quality virtual symposium. The event hosted several VIP speakers such as Brian Moynihan, CEO of Bank of America, and Larry Fink, CEO of Blackrock.
What we did
For SASB’s event, EPEAK Studio’s team handled onboardings for the symposium’s speakers, VIPs and their assistants, flexibly working around busy schedules in order to prepare these participants for the event.
Throughout the whole symposium, EPEAK Studio maintained close contact with the event organizers in order to ensure information was shared in real-time.
Weekly meetings between EPEAK Studio and the client helped answer all questions and validate choices associated with the unique situation brought upon by hosting SASB’s event virtually.
EPEAK Studio’s extensive technical expertise resulted in a flawlessly executed event harmoniously composed of live and simulive content.
Finally, daily VOD content was quickly made available at the end of each day, allowing attendees who missed sessions to watch replayed content immediately.
Results
SASB was very satisfied with EPEAK Studio’s event management and production skills and the fast turnaround and availability of the symposium’s VOD content. Overall, EPEAK Studio successfully produced the two day event, hosting totals of 90 speakers and 40 sessions, and creating 16 hours of video content.
