The Challenge

In Q4 2023, SFNet, the leading resource for all organizations and professionals who deliver and enable secured finance to businesses hosted their 79th Annual Convention.

At this occasion, SFNet needed more than a simple supplier, and they trusted EPEAK Studio once again with more responsibilities.

What We Did

EPEAK Studio provided a full set of event services, allowing the client to have a single point of contact for everything production related.

Event Consulting

We took advantage of our experience and expertise to help our client make critical decisions regarding the production of the show.

This ultimately resulted in savings of about $40k on the overall event production budget.

AV Partners Management

EPEAK Studio takes stress away from event organisers.

For SFNet’s 79th Annual Convention, we handled the management of the venue and their AV vendors on behalf of our client, freeing up valuable time and energy.

Stage Design

We designed the visual identity of the main stage, then we made it happen.

This includes choosing and sourcing furniture, delivering and installing prints for the stage, and enhancing the visual identity through carefully placed lighting.

Show Running

During the event, our team of experts acted as show callers on the main stage.

To achieve this, we relied on Cue Sheets, a feature of ProjectSheet.io, our leading all-in-one event management solution.

Video Production

Our experienced video crew captured the event’s content with 3 high-quality 4K cameras.

Thanks to that, our editing team was able to produce high quality recordings for the conference.

We also deployed an experienced videographer and produced a cutting edge promotional video.

Audio System Management

We deployed our modern audio management system and delivered high quality audio services for up to 6 speakers on stage at a time, including a Voice of God feature.
