They created the Mirokai, a humanoïd robot infused with a touch of magic.
The Challenge
Enchanted Tools is a French startup developing useful humanoid robots with a touch of magic.
In Q1 2023, Enchanted Tools attended CES in Las Vegas to showcase Mirokai, their first prototype.
During CES 2023 in Las Vegas, Enchanted tools decided to set up an exclusive private Mirokai demonstration experience, destined for selected potential investors and media outlets.
The Mirokai is both useful and magical, being able to grasp and move objects but also to generate emotions through animal-like interactions with humans in its surroundings.
Our mission brief was to organize everything around this prototype demonstration and deliver a VIP experience to the client in Vegas
Additionally, we filmed and produce a marketing video from the event including a variant for social media promotion.
What We Did
EPEAK Studio provided a white-glove, full-service experience to Enchanted tools and their guests.
We selected and secured a suite at the Mirage hotel, on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip.
We took care of all the logistics, including picking up and transporting the robot prototypes from the inbound warehouse to the hotel.
We’ve set up the equipment in the suite, and transformed the demo area into an immersive space with light, prints and surround sound system to create a unique show for every visitor.
We provided VIP transportation services to Enchanted Tools crew, including airport pickups by limousine, with transportation directly to the VIP suite.
In the suite, we arranged and provided complete concierge services, including the greeting of guests, catering and refreshments.
At night, we organized entertainment for Enchanted Tools and their guests, with a selection of award-winning restaurants and VIP tickets to shows such as O by the Cirque du Soleil.
We documented the private viewing experience and filmed an interview with Jérôme Monceaux, CEO of Enchanted Tools.
The final edit combines footage from the interview, the demonstrations, and some behind-the-scenes. Two cuts were delivered:
Results
Enchanted Tools was able to offer immersive VIP demonstrations to their guests, without having to take care of anything.
This allowed them to focus on delivering the best demonstration experience to their guests.
The private demonstration was a success, triggering positive media coverage for the brand and attracting the attention of numerous investors.
