Klik’s top features
The Klik event management platform centers around for components, starting primarily with it wearable products, then followed by the Event App, data integration capabilities and features like the web-based Control Panel.
Wearable Hardware
Klik produces three wearable Bluetooth products that are used for contact and content exchange, access control, attendee monitoring, gamification exercises and basic identification. Data collected at events is securely stored in Google Cloud, including zone and session tracking, attendee interactions and event-based numbers and statistics. Klik-collected data can then be presented to event holders via a live dashboard on the Klik Control Panel, reports or through integrated CRM and event-related system.
Klik Control Panel
With the Klik Control Panel, event organizers can manage registration, event programming, access control and app configuration, while also keep an eye on valuable metrics such as foot traffic and contact exchanges.

The app can also be branded by the event holder and will track all Klik events attended by the mobile device owner, past and present.
Networking
For social networking, the Event App includes a Smart Match feature so eventgoers can mingle with other attendees based on mutual interests. Discussion forums are also accessible through the app, helping generate conversation about the events topics and focus. Lastly, in-app messaging helps in setting up meetings, and then disables itself once the meeting is set, a feature that helps encourage person-to-person interaction.

Third-Party Integration
The Klik Event App provides in-app integration with multiple providers such as Slido, Tito and Hubspot, as well as providing an authentication token URL for out-of-app interactivity with other systems. On the backend, other systems can feed information to the app and generate results. For example, the Event App’s tracking system detects an attended session and provides the right Slido poll.
Pros of Klik for virtual events
Virtual Event Capabilities
Attendees can start their conference related activities by using Klik’s event platform well before the event starts. Activities can include networking, accessing content, meeting with vendors, and getting notified about relevant event announcements. After the event, attendees can continue using the platform as a community hub to continue the conversation and networking.
Event Access
During the event, remote attendees can meet one another over chat and video conferencing, watch live sessions, participate in polls and Question-Answer sessions via computer or app and have immediate access to relevant content.
Limitations of Klik for virtual events
Not a Full Virtual Event Vendor
Klik’s overall design is centered around physical events, not virtual ones. They do provide some virtual services; however, these services are dependent on an actual onsite event as they are just extensions for attendees who are not physically at the event.
