It brings together experts and leaders worldwide to share insights and best practices. The conference took place in Lisbon following successful events in major cities worldwide. EPEAK Studio, a global 360 agency specializing in events, digital solutions, and content creation, partnered with Running Remote to ensure flawless event production, leveraging our expertise in hybrid event management and innovative technology. As advocates for remote work, it was imperative for Running Remote 2024 to provide remote speakers and attendees with an experience as engaging and impactful as in-person participation. This meant integrating speakers across various time zones, managing different internet connection qualities, and accommodating varied hardware setups, all while ensuring real-time interactivity. Delivering a seamless experience was crucial to demonstrate how technology can support flexible work environments. ## What we did Modern IP-based AV workflow Building on our partnership with Running Remote since 2022, EPEAK Studio implemented its IP-based AV workflow to simplify production. Optimal budget with automation This approach minimized the need for extensive equipment and resources.
