## The challenge

After a successful 2024 edition in Lisbon, Running Remote moved its flagship conference to another continent. Indeed, Running Remote 2025 was hosted in Austin, Texas, in an old converted warehouse called Fair Market. Due to its nature, this venue presented unique challenges in terms of acoustics and sound management. Our expert team managed these and deployed our comprehensive event technology stack to deliver a successful hybrid event experience. ## What we did

International support As an advocate for remote work, Running Remote changes the location of their flagship event regularly. After two editions in Lisbon, Portugal, they  came back to the US for Running Remote 2025. With staff distributed across Europe and North America, EPEAK Studio was able to provide the same level of support regardless of the event's location. Flawless AV production We deployed our modern IP-based AV workflows to provide high-quality, cost-effective live streaming and video recording services. With our distributed team, we delivered next-day VOD edits. Each stage featured an LED wall, directly controlled by our dynamic production software suite. Finally, we deployed a large PA sound system in the outside area for the evening DJ set. Native Hybrid Features As a remote work advocate, Running Remote needed to run a flawless hybrid event. This means providing native support for remote speakers and attendees. Thanks to EPEAK Studio's extensive experience with hybrid event workflows and platforms, we were able to integrate remote speakers effortlessly. Remote attendees were able to watch Running Remote 2025 content live and interact with speakers through the event platform. End-to-end Event Management We made event management easy with ProjectSheet,io. This end-to-end solution provides peace of mind thanks to its centralized event data repository, with a KPI dashboard to monitor progress.    

## Results
