We help Running Remote organize their hybrid conference in Montreal by sourcing a venue, finding local vendors and delivering world-class production and streaming services

## The challenge

Running Remote is the leading hybrid conference on remote work. In particular, they have organized several successful events around the world over the past few years. Running Remote decided to host the 2022 edition in Montréal and got in touch with EPEAK Studio to help get this edition off the ground. EPEAK Studio has staff living in Montréal, and thus was able to help with the choice of the venue and local suppliers.

## What we did

Thanks to our local staff in Montréal, EPEAK Studio was in the perfect position to help Running Remote choose the right venue for their event (New City Gas). This also allowed us to recommend local vendors for the sound system in the venue, in addition to the PTZ Camera Kits we provided. We supplied and operated these modern, high-quality and cost-effective PTZ cameras and managed the production of the three concurrent video streams. In conclusion, this setup allowed us to deliver a high-end, all-in-one, integrated AV and streaming service.

## Results

The client was very happy with the venue and suppliers we helped them find, thanks to our local presence. Consequently, Running Remote 2022 was a complete success. EPEAK Studio also has a flexible, distributed workforce all around the globe. As a result, we were able to work seamlessly with a client located in an almost opposite time zone. In conclusion, these factors, combined with the quality of our production, proved crucial to the success of the project.
