## The challenge

EPEAK Studio has been working with Cybereco since 2021, starting with a fully virtual event. We worked again together in 2022, for a hybrid conference (Cyberconference 2022) in Montreal. For this edition, Cybereco decided to go further and leverage more aspects of EPEAK Studio’s offering, including extended Project Management supported by ProjectSheet.io, modern A/V packages through our PTZ Cameras bundles, and live interpretation powered by PolyPlay.io.

## What we did

Project & Event management We started by deploying our project management tool suite, powered by ProjectSheet.io. This allowed Cybereco to benefit from features such as automated reporting, easy speaker management, and automated event platform configuration. We also provided Remote Speaker Preparation services in the form of tech-checks, e-learning and pre-recordings. These services are part of our project management methodology and are also supported by extensive automation. Production & Live Streaming On the events production side, we supplied and operated modern, high-quality and cost-effective PTZ cameras kits for three rooms. We organized and  managed the production of these three concurrent video feeds with a seamless mix of onsite and remote speakers. Live interpretation Cybereco also decided to offer the audience simultaneous interpretation in French and English. We organized and delivered this service through PolyPlay.io, by deploying remote interpreters. PolyPlay is fully integrated with our hybrid event production services, and the multilanguage PolyPlay Player enables an integrated viewing experience for all attendees. The final result for the remote audience was an integrated live streaming of three concurrent streams, each available in both French and English, directly on the event platform.

## Results

The 2022 Cyberconference was Cybereco’s first hybrid event since the beginning of the pandemic, and it was a complete success. Both Cybereco and the audience were entirely satisfied, and Cybereco benefited greatly from our automated processes and event management methodology. PolyPlay.io delivered a high quality interpretation service, and the integrated viewing experience supported by the multilanguage PolyPlay Player was greatly appreciated by the audience.
