## The challenge

Learn how EPEAK Studio helped IAAPA integrate with a new supplier and improve privacy and security at IAAPA Expo Europe 2025. EPEAK Studio supports IAAPA all year long during events in different regions of the world (Asia, Europe, North America). To achieve that, EPEAK Studio deploys and maintains automated data integration processes. ## What we did

EPEAK Studio delivered significant security updates, data structure improvements and a seamless integration with a new third party supplier. Automated integration with Storibox For the IAAPA Expo Europe 2025 a new integration was added with Storibox, a leading guest imaging solutions provider. EPEAK Studio developed a fully automated, seamless integration between Storibox and Connect+. Our advanced integration made the difference and offered a seamless experience to users. This integration helped removed registration requirement with the 3rd party provider or forcing users to create a new account. Thanks to Storibox' advanced face-matching features, users can upload a selfie and immediately access the event photos featuring them. EPEAK Studio also improved security for event organisers, removing the need to share sensitive personal information with a third-party service provider while maintaining the Performance and data structure improvements Building on previous updates deployed for IAAPA Expo Asia, we further sped up the integration process. To achieve that, we deployed a unified data structure to simplify exhibitor data usage across all expos. As a result, exhibitor management becomes even faster, with streamlined error reporting and easy remediation processes. Security Updates This year, we focused our efforts on improving privacy and security during data transport for existing integrations. To achieve that, our team added an extra obfuscation layer to prevent reverse-engineering, and minimized the sharing of sensitive information with 3rd party providers. Additional Event Support Services During the event planning phase, EPEAK provided strategic consulting services to support the organisers in making technical decisions. For event-participants, our team provided in-app support for 3 weeks prior to the event. Finally, during the event, we provided high-quality on-site support services.

## Results

The new integration with Storibox provided a seamless experience for event-participants and event organizers. In the background, our continuous improvement strategy keeps enhancing the event organizer experience, providing peace of mind, ease of use, and easy troubleshooting. In conclusion, IAAPA Expo Europe 2025 was another successful edition, with more exciting updates to come.
