EPEAK Studio supports IAAPA during events in different regions of the world(Asia, Europe, North America). To achieve that, EPEAK Studio deploys and maintains automated data integration processes. This allows exhibitors, attendees and event organisers to experience a faster onboarding experience in IAAPA's main event platform: Connect+. At IAAPA Expo Europe 2024, EPEAK Studio helped IAAPA save more time and gain better visibility on their event's progress by constantly improving performance, maintaining security and releasing new features. Faster data integration IAAPA relies on several tools and data sources to manage their events. This includes registration of attendees, membership database, on-site exhibitors and booth-space allocation management tools. Building on the existing data integration process put in place by EPEAK Studio in previous years, our expert team updated it to keep up with changes in the data structure. At the same time, we used that opportunity to improve the speed of data synchronization, scaling up to handle 17k+ attendees (Expo Europe 2024) and later 41K+ attendees with over 1100 exhibitors at Expo 2024.
