Hosting an event in China involves navigating a unique regulatory environment and adapting to local communication platforms and cultural expectations. Strong with years of experience supporting IAAPA during events in various locations throughout the world, EPEAK Studio worked hand in hand with local partners to ensure seamless data integration. Read on to learn how we redefined and streamlined the data integration strategy during IAAPA Expo Asia 2025. ## What we did EPEAK Studio designed and delivered a complete new integration with a new third party tool, as well as feature updates to existing integrations. Booth space allocation tool integration We designed and implemented a brand new, full-featured integration with an exhibitor booth space allocation tool (Map Your Show). These automated processes allows exhibitors and event organisers to access it directly from Connect+, in line with IAAPA's strategy to make Connect+ the focus of their event's digital experience. Feature updates As a continuation of previous updates, we added features to the existing Salesforce and Fonteva integration. Building on a continuous improvement effort, we deployed a unique identifier system to reconcile exhibitors between 4 systems and data sources. As a result, exhibitor management becomes easier, with far less risk of data duplication, and easier error spotting for event organizers. Session access control Event access control can follow a complex set of rules based on ticket type and other factors. Instead of manually managing access control for paid sessions and extra content, we developed advanced automated features to set it up automatically. As a result, event organisers save considerable time on manual operations, while attendees enjoy a transparent experience without any access control issues. Additional Event Support Services Our team provided expert technical and strategy consulting during the planning phase and provided on-site support to attendees and organisers during the event. ## Results EPEAK Studio's focus remains the same - making life easier for event organisers and event-participants.
