Perched on a hill overlooking the city and Casper Mountain, the Ford Wyoming Center (formerly Casper Events Center) is the state's largest indoor venue. Managed by Oak View Group, this multi-purpose facility features a horseshoe-shaped arena designed for versatility, hosting everything from the College National Finals Rodeo to major concerts and trade shows.

## AV services by EPEAK Studio

EPEAK Studio leverages the Ford Wyoming Center's impressive 87-foot ceiling height and 294-foot truss span to design immersive audio-visual experiences. Our team manages large-scale LED walls, concert-grade sound systems, and complex rigging for the 28,000-square-foot arena, ensuring every seat in the 9,700-capacity bowl has a perfect view and crystal-clear audio.

From trade shows on the expansive arena floor to corporate banquets in the Summit Room, EPEAK Studio provides comprehensive event management at the Ford Wyoming Center. We coordinate complex layouts across the venue's 43,000+ square feet of exhibit space, handling logistics, vendor coordination, and flow management to utilize the versatile horseshoe configuration effectively.
